Sovereign, or Amalia before she joined the cult was once an influential figure in Narkul's return and bearer of the Hand of Narkul, she has been reduced to pawn wanted and used by all side for their own motives and gain. Her undying sorcery is to be feared when she is able to use it, as such since shortly after Narkul's return she has been shackled by anti-magic chains or hidden in anti-magic fields, to both hide her from magical methods and stop her from escaping.

Despair, better known as The Eye is a purple tiefling and like most born in Mor-Thir after the introduction of the outlawing she has lived a life of secrecy. Her parents, both human made a deal with a devil for wealth, the devil granted their desires but a hidden or missed clause in the contract caused her mother to birth a tiefling. Always hidden from public Despair made a deal with the same devil, she wished she was able to see what was happening outside her room, the devil agreed and replaced one of her eyes with one of the devil's eyes. This new eye can remove itself from its socket and crawl and climb, while still acting as a working eye.

The Ear or Taz the Changeling, is an expert in disguises, hiding in plain sight, always listening, rarely talking. She worked with Sovereign a few times before the joining the cult, on joining she was gifted unique stones of messaging, these stones send sound to a paired stone continuously as long as they're within a mile. Over the years Despair and Taz have grown close and began dating each other.

Seer and Seeker, or Olazar and Nephyx as it reads on their graves at Pinga's Monastery, the two were killed during the fight shortly before Narkul's return in 12335. They were in it for themselves, for gold and power, they enslaved the lizardfolk monks that built and owned the monastery, forcing them to aid with the return of Narkul while also selling others as slaves to line their pockets.

The two defectors, Temple a kenku, and Church or Adah, the two are arcane researchers and were the ones who did most of the technical side of Narkul's return, many incorrectly assume Church is the lead and Temple is the assistant as Church does most of the talking, but Temple's knowledge is far greater he may just not know the right words or order to put them in for most to understand. After Narkul's return they were forced to defect and leave by the Fellowship of the Alicorn. Their current whereabouts is unknown.
