History
Pre-Exilis
Born on 4th Friday of Highsun 12232 in the desert town of Lonshor in the Narod Desert.
Robert was a cleric taught in the way of Tyr God of Justice that has been deeply wronged by those who should have been those closest to him, Robert’s parents died suddenly and although the official report says it was natural Robert knows something sinister was afoot. what concreted his decision is that there was nothing left for him in his parents will it all went to his younger brother Parker and despite being a highly regarded coroner he could not see the bodies. His faith shifted as his clerical studies changed to something darker turning to the temple of Kelemvor Judge of the Dammed as he searched for answers.
He ended up on the east coast in a large sailing town where he drank his nights away, falling deeper into a vicious cycle of alcohol and isolation. One particular night Ravi had just returned from a voyage and was treating her friends Bemin and Jorgan to an evening of drinks, something about her loud upbeat attitude must have rubbed Robert the wrong way, already pissed he staggered up to Ravi giving her a piece of his mind. when a large Draconian stood between him and her and pushed him away was when things turned ugly. The fight was brief and made Ravi laugh but for a Cleric 4 sails less than a dingy he was a decent fighter and his vitality was nothing to scoff at.
After Robert had sobered up a bit Ravi met with him in private and got to know his story, although he was stubborn at first something about Ravi’s words must have warmed him up. Ravi offered Robert help in his quest for answers if he joined her crew. being a blood hunter Ravi convinced Robert that if anyone could help him find lost secrets, it was her. Robert joined as the ship’s Coroner.
Exilis
During the events in Exilis Robert heard whispers that there was sightings of Parker, this was reason enough to stay and help others while tracking him down, all while being haunted by a nameless being that tried to strike fear into Robert. Eventually learning that Parker lead a group trafficking people in the City of Promise the group set off and set up a meeting where they went under the guise of a friendly meeting between two lost brothers.
Shortly after the meeting started they dropped the charade as discussions quickly turned into demands for answers, after a short battle they tied Parker up and tortured for answers about the city, boats, trades, and workings of the underbelly of Exilis. After receiving answers with the promise of freedom Robert heard a message from the scarecrow encouraging Robert to cross the line just before killing his brother, he hesitated and decided in his mind he’s doing this for himself not the spook killing Parker through a vampiric touch.
After a series of very quick events, Robert stood on a dock by the beach where they first began with the hope of an exit, the voice of the Scarecrow echoed in out loud, still not trusting of the figure encouraging the destruction of the seals Robert stood still but as the portal opened, he went through.
Post-Exilis
After the events of Exilis and returning to the material plane in the year 12286, 22 years having passed since they set sail despite only being in Exilis for what felt like a few weeks, during the first few months of returning with no money, no home and now no ties to the past he set out to make a new life and find Zonatar’s wife Sheila to bring the unfortunate news but found she had died long before finding her. He also tried tracking Ravi, Stem, and Johm but without resources, Robert quickly lost them.
Robert spent the next few years trying to create a new life, taking over Lily Vale Cemetery South of Ferrabreeze in 12288 where he made graves for Lekgolo, Amicus, Zonatar, Sheila and his parents Ryker and Talia. After establishing a new life he thought about trying to find Ravi, Stem, and Johm deciding to not to search actively for them, since arriving back to the material plane he keeps trying to stop drinking but nightmares and memories of the Scarecrow and Parker haunt him it is unknown to Robert whether this is the two haunting him or a result from the traumatic events.
Robert left his faith in Kelemvor behind in Exilis, both mentally and physically. Despite still holding the symbol of Tyr he doesn’t actively follow Tyr but doesn’t distance himself, trying to right wrongs where he can. During 12307, in a shameful relapse of alcohol he had a daughter with a mistress who left the baby with him before disappearing, in honour of his mother and a reminder to himself to be better he named her Talia.
As of 12335 he is 81 years old biologically and 103 chronologically due to the 22 year jump from entering and returning from Exilis.

A one-handed Axe made of an ivory hilt inlaid with ebony, it features a silver blade in a light weight curve. Rarely used since the events in Exilis but always at the ready.
