Overview
Needelwood is a very calm and quiet settlement situated on the borders of Covania and Reton. Located on the South-West Shore.
People here are mostly general farmers, fishers and all the other occupations for a thriving community. Small enough that people know each other but large enough for travellers to visit without hassle.
There are a handful of retired or injured Adventurers in Needelwood, Taking up a new occupation or cruising along on their amassed treasure.
Most of the locals are rather plump or over-weight. Visitors will notice everyone even the town guards are on the larger side but it will become apparent quickly when they stumble upon the town's bakery for the first time. If visitors had not already herd stories of the award winning Tabaxi Baker then they will certainly sing her praises right after the first bite.
The town is located within the far edge of possibly the largest forest in the Wyncook plains, Which isn’t saying much as most forest in this region are very light and sparce.
It gets the name Needlewood from the trees that grow around, Having needle like leaves and lightly thorned branches. The forest where the town is located being mostly made up of these needle-like trees.

It also doubles as a Town hall. Being the place the town can gather for community discussion and announcements. People are also able to bring forth any concerns, problems or other news directly to the Mayor's office here.
It used to be the largest building in Needlewood however that changed some years ago with the Decota Family moved in and built their sprawling mansion that has now become a small sudo-community with multiple houses on the land.

Its mostly built of stone and glass, Probably the oldest building in town it has been worn down with age but still stands strong. The stone walls have all manor of plants growing in and around the stone work. The plants are left to grow but are kept neat and tidy with magic and labour to prevent overgrow.

The harbour is about an hour South-West of town by horse-back. It is an Average size harbour able to dock ships as big as general merchant and passager. The harour itself has developed quickly over the years. It has its own smaller tavern as well as a few homes for people living down by the harbour permanently.
Like Most Harbours in Felwind there are a number of Triton working and/or living here. Tritons never stray far from the Ocean so a number of the occupied the homes along the harbour's edge.
